Our company, Qingzhou Jianfu Gear Co., Ltd, specialized in Hypoid and spiral bevel gear used in Automotive industry, was foundeded in 1996, with registered capital 136, 800, 000 RMB, fixed assets 410 millions RMB. Our company is located in Qingzhou Development Zone, Shandong Province. It covers an area of 200 acre, with building area of 72, 000 square meters. More than 800 employees work in our company.

We have a very strong technical team, who can develop Hypoid&spiral bevel gear with our own technology. We own more than 560 high-precise machining equipments, 10 Klingelnberg Oerlikon FH gear production lines, 36 Gleason gear production lines, 5 forging production lines 2 German Aichilin and 5 FAW Jiaxin advanced automatic continuous heat treatment production lines. We own world wide and domestic advanced gear measuring and checking devices, to insure the production of hypoid&spiral bevel gear with1 million per year.

With the development of automotive industry, the request on the performance of heavy-load truck becomes higher and higher. As the main part of rear axle, the quality of hypoid&spiral bevel gear directly influences the one of the whole vehicle. The level of our technology improved by learning and study. In order to make sure the assembly quality and parts life, we improve the gear material and the quality of normalizing, as well as the machining process.
